The location truly amazed me, nestled right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it effortless to explore the city's attractions on foot. I loved the Club Suite. it offered a private balcony with stunning city views, which was perfect for relaxing. The buffet breakfast impressed me daily, featuring a delightful array of local and international dishes, showing genuine care from the chefs. Although the dining experience was enjoyable, I wished for a bit more variety, especially in European breakfast options. Interactions with the staff were wonderful. they were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. On a slight downside, the lack of bedside lamps and a TV in the bedroom of the Penthouse Suite did detract from my overall experience. Little adjustments could elevate the stay even further.

Just a top selection for a momentary pause in Hanoi with best value. The pool area is beautiful, surrounded by greenery. Consider asking for a room away from the street for a quieter stay.

pleasant stay with great features
The staff were welcoming and attentive, with Quynh and Freya providing excellent service and local tips. The tranquil pool area surrounded by hanging greenery created a lovely retreat, and I enjoyed the rooftop bar for relaxing evenings. My room upgrade to an external window made for a restful night, and the view of the city was a delightful addition.
The breakfast selection, while good, could benefit from a few more options.
